Shipping and returns
We will do our best to ensure that shipments are made on time and reliably. Delivery time and cost will depend on your order and shipping address.
All orders will be shipped after payment is confirmed. Please confirm with our company that the inventory is sufficient before payment.
When receiving the goods, customers must check whether the goods are of the type and quantity you ordered and whether they are damaged or deteriorated. If you find that the goods do not match the type and quantity ordered or are damaged, please call our company within 3 working days to arrange replacement of the goods.

All orders will be packed and delivered within 1-2 working days after receiving the relevant payment. The company will choose the most convenient logistics and delivery method at the moment. Currently commonly used logistics companies are Jumppoint and SF Express.
Overseas orders
Overseas customers can select the delivery address of the relevant country/region during checkout, and the system will automatically calculate the postage for the relevant country/region. The logistics company is Hong Kong Post. If you cannot find the country/region in question, please contact us and we will reply within 24 hours.
Overseas orders usually take about two weeks. Sometimes there is a delay of one week due to customs inspection and package inspection. We will simultaneously track the delivery of the relevant goods.
Customers need to familiarize themselves with local food import restrictions.
