  1. How to return and refund?

We only accept return requests under the following conditions:

  1. The goods have deteriorated or been damaged during transportation;
  2. The goods do not match the order content (for example: the wrong goods were sent);

Customers are requested to notify me within three days of receiving the goods to return the goods.

  1. Do products such as dried shrimps and oysters need to be frozen for transportation?

We do not provide frozen shipping services. However, the relevant goods will be vacuumed first to ensure that there will be no problem in room temperature transportation.
