  • Soup cooking method: Soak shark bones in water for 6 hours until soft. Soak snail slices, fish maw slices and Hericium erinaceus in water until soft. Boil shark bones, snail slices and fish maw slices with ginger, green onions and Shaoxing wine in boiling water. Water for about 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell; use a knife to scrape off the meat at the bottom of the shark bones; wash other ingredients with clean water; put all the ingredients into the pot with meat or corn and carrots, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 2-3 Hours are enough
