- Main ingredients: Bawang flower, Cishi, rattle snail slices, raw barley, northern and southern apricots, cordyceps flowers, sea coconut flakes, lily, dehydrated yam, Hericium, red dates
- Soup cooking method: Soak the snail slices and Hericium erinaceus until soft and set aside. Soak the Overlord flower in water until soft, tear it apart and wash it. Wash the other ingredients and set aside. Cut the lean meat into pieces, wash it in boiling water, and bring all the ingredients to a boil over high heat. Then, turn to low heat and simmer for about 2:00-2:30 hours. Finally, add a little salt to taste and serve.
